Crusher Roll Adjustment / Relief Systems
The optional Gundlach Nitroil Adjustment and Relief System changes the product size while the crusher is in operation and allows normal uncrushables to pass. Other options include a Spring Tramp Relief System and Manual Screw Adjustment.

Crusher Main Drives
Drive options include sheave or flywheel using a
V-belt drive.

Enclosed Gear Box for Roll Timing
Engineered for ease of maintenance, the gearbox ensures uniform sizing and the most cubical product of any crusher manufactured.
Maintains roll timing adjustment during tramp metal "kick-back" events.

Crusher Shafts & Bearings
Heat treated, forged alloy steel, built to tolerate the torsional forces of crushing. Double-row, self-aligning roller style bearings have a B-10 mean operating life of over 100,000 hours.

Housing & Base Frame
Crusher housing is split into four or eight piece sections for easy removal and maintenance. Heavy-gauge structural steel with lifting lugs for safe handling. Discharge connections are pre-drilled.

Secondary Drive Systems
Two-Stage Roll Crushers are powered by either a state-of-the-art cog-belt or a heavy-duty roller chain.

Lubrication
Dual-Bulkhead Lubrication System locates all grease fittings at two centralized locations. Central Manual or a Fully Automatic system from a single grease source are also available as options.
